The Delmar Vintage Racing Club has  gone through and revamped and designed the clubs rules for 2004.  Their objective is to raise the car count, yet with the safety of each driver kept in mind, to race clean, competitive, and have fun for all.  They want all the drivers to feel that everyone that races has a fair chance at winning, and will support one another in the process.  To have fun, and keep the cost down, but fair for anyone that wants to join the club.  So take the time and read through the rules, if this sounds like something you would be interested in then, give them a shout.

If winning means cheating, or bending the rules, or looking for loopholes, or spending large amounts of money to gain an advantage, please rethink what we are about and move on to another class. We want and need car counts, but not at the hand of safety for our drivers or why we started this club to begin with. We are looking for members to race clean, but competitive and respect all drivers where everyone will win in the long run. The spirit of all cars should stay true to 30’s and up to the mid 70’s style of car and equipment. Our club is looking into future racing at other tracks. Drivers that race together can have fun together. Welcome to the club if this is what you want in racing too.
