S. Downs, II - was in a wreck in D. Rust had spool break in axle or near that, and jump out from him that caught Downs.  Downs had headers and a lot more wrong.

D. Rust - wrecked in heat

R. Cordrey - not sure but not able to run

K. Brightbill - had jack shaft break in heats but got it fixed for feature.

D. Radd - had water pump break in half but got it fixed, however had another problem with only 7 laps in.

Kyle Strickler injured his hand between heats and the feature when a tire he was putting air in exploded.  He had to have medical attention and was forced not to race.  Kyle had a 6th place start too.  Billy Pauch, Jr. (Another JD3 Young Gun) jump in to drive the # 86 and finished 15th.

Jimmy Horton, IV jumped in the Jason Daliessio 9D tonight finished 21st.

Doctor D. Johnson started in the pole and was strong all night, the power steering was out but not sure which lap it started.  On the start car got around so new start, this time coming out of turn 2 Mullins got into Elliott's knocking the front left wheel off the car sending Elliott straight into the back wall and making a slower roll over.  Smith comes out of turn 2 and has no time to react and clips Elliott, both out.  The 85 looked pretty rough, Elliott okay.  Lap 2 Horton, IV leaking fluid on the track but no officials see it, Mullins came off turn 4 and had a boggle, but everyone else just start to cover the fluid.  One more circuit and Horton, IV out, and Byram heads to pits as well.

5 laps in Johnson, Mullins, Bunting, CVD, Horton, good battle with Bunting and Mullins going on.  Lap 8 yellow out with Radd rolling to stop in turn 2.  Restart battle with Mullins and Bunting continues for 2nd and battle with Horton and CVD for 3rd.  Lap 9 Pauch, Sr. heads to pits when yellow for Curtis slowing on the track just outside turn 2.  This time on the restart Bunting gets good run and grabs 2nd.  Lap 10 R. Johnson shoots to the inside of turn2 picks up 4th from Horton, but in turns 3 & 4 Horton takes it back.  Lap 13 R. Johnson shot up turn 2 and then down like something broke ending his night and Horton just stole 3rd from Mullins.  Restart Pauch, Jr. stops on back stretch, lap 17 CVD starts smoking.  Lap 21, Voss to infield, lap 23 CVD to infield, at half way it was D. Johnson, Bunting, Horton, Mullins, and Wilkins.  Also, Scagliotta is smoking now and lap 28 heads to infield.

Lap 28 starting to get in lap traffic, Horton catching Bunting and catches Bunting on lap 31 with good wheel to wheel action, and lap 32 Horton grabs 2nd.  Laps 37 noticed little smoke in leaders’ car, but seem to make no difference.  Lap 42 Horton dialing in Johnson, but lap cars in the way, then gains after getting by lap cars.  Horton reaches Johnson with metal to metal wheels on last lap to the flag stand with only 0.055 of a second difference.

Only 17 cars showed for Late Model feature not sure what was up with that.  Some of the DE guys wer not there just as some of the DE Mods were not either.

R. Elliott started on the pole followed by Hill, Jarvis, Rushing, Stuhler, M. Pettyjohn.  Yellow on lap 2 of Wilkins, on the restart Jarvis takes 2nd from Hill.  Lap 5 Stuhler heads to pits, so does Hertz and Wharton gets around in turn 3 & 4 for yellow out again.  Restart nice door to door action with Hill and Jarvis on back stretch but Hill hits rutt or car jumps out and loses 3 or 4 positions.  Laps 10-14 Rushing and Jarvis hard at it with side by side running each circuit while Elliott continues to lead and reaching lap cars.  Yellow back out and Hubbard heads in pits, and Stuhler returns to the track.  Lap 16 Hill gets by Rushing to take 4th now, then the two battle and continue for 4 more circuits.

At half way Elliott, Jarvis, Hill, Byram, and K. Pettyjohn.   Lap 26 Jarvis gets wide and Hill takes advantage to move into 2nd.  (Jarvis had left rear brake caliber slide down and lock up suspension) Lap 31 Jarvis sets sights on Hill and starts gaining each lap.  Lap 33 Elliott rolls to stop in turn 4 when oil pressure dropped and he was the leader still.

New leader now Hill, Jarvis, Byram, Lingo, King, M. Pettyjohn on the restart of lap 33.    K. Pettyjohn heads to pits as well as next 3 laps sends M. Pettyjohn, then King.  Lap 38 Jarvis looks to inside of Hill but hill pulls out.  Lap 44 Jarvis again looks to inside of Hill, but lap cars in the way.  Lap 47 3 to go, and Jarvis gaining on Hill, but Hill just too strong, but racing side by side, and last lap Jarvis tries to go on the outside but car on outside of turn 4 not good enough.

Lap 12 Hubbard over heated.

By the end only 6 cars were on the track.  Great race though.

Lap 33 Elliott oil pressured dropped
