Kramer is a veteran of the sport and a multi-time champion on the Central Pennsylvania sprint car tracks, and a former winner of the National Open at Williams Grove. Williamson also has his named etched on the World of Outlaws feature win list. In the world of sprint car racing, Kramer has pretty much done it all.
Kramer would not reveal his age, so to put it in perspective, he did share that he was Rookie of the Year at Williams Grove in 1971.
Yes Kramer has been around for a long time and when asked if retirement was in his future, he was quick to reply, "My body will tell me when it's time to stop". Kramer's history brings a lot to the sport like building his own frames and most of his components, and he does it because, that's how they did it years ago. With that said, Kramer remains very competitive with the start of each and every sprint car race and has confidence his the parts he builds. There's an old saying, "Once a Champion, Always a Champion" and that fits very well for Kramer Williamson.
"We do plan to run the entire URC season even though I would like more race dates on the schedule. When you get to this stage of my career, you want to race every possible weekend", added Williamson. "I like the tire prices and this will help with the overall operating cost of a race team, it will definitely help keep more teams running". Kramer also has a view on the double file restarts. "I think it will be exciting and something different and for me, double file restarts will help. I get stronger as the race goes on". Williamson added, "I'm glad URC is trying it and if it makes the racing better for the fans, then we have to do it. . . .after all, it's about the fans".
URC will again offer several higher paying events in 2012, but as we all know, more money often attracts more competition. "Good, bring them on. I want to kick their butts. I have always believed that if you race with good drivers, you'll be a good driver. I believe it's my way to get better". Williamson went on to say, "I remember beating Fred Rahmer at the Grove one night driving Fran Hogue's car and it was so sweet, and I want to do more of that".
Two new tracks are joining the Rislone URC Sprint Series schedule and include Potomac Speedway in Budds Creek, MD and the Winchester Speedway in Winchester, VA. "I'm game for the new and different tracks", added Kramer. "I like to race, the more the better so I'll just keep beating my head against the wall and do it over and over again".
The 2012 season will find Kramer once again sporting his #73 well known as the Pink Panther. His crew includes Crew Chief Jason Simmons, Chris Gustin, Cliff Irvin, Dale and Steve Simmons of course his wife Sharon and daughter Felecia. Kramer's son, Kurt prepares all the shocks for the Panther and stays in close contact with the team on race days while he is working with various NASCAR teams. Sponsors on the Pink Panther include Jason Simmons, Armorboard, Boyer Signs, JRI Shocks and Pepsi-Cola.
Kramer remains a present day race who proudly experienced and lived through the old days. To this day, Kramer Williamson is still one of the most popular drivers on the URC roster. At driver autograph sessions, the response from the crowd and media requests almost always include the name Kramer Williamson.

RISLONE URC SPRINT SERIES
Feb. 2, 2012
JOSH WELLER REFLECTS ON 2011, PLANS STILL UNCERTAIN FOR 2012, CHRIS WEISS LOOKS
TO RUN ENTIRE 2012 RISLONE URC SPRINT SERIES
The "Wild Child" Josh Weller reflects on the 2011 Rislone URC Sprint Series that
saw him score one feature win and finish an impressive third in the overall
point chase. Weller's victory came at the New Egypt Speedway driving his family
owned #63. Later in the season, Weller filled the seat of the Kathy and Pat
Palladino #99 and delivered solid performances that earned Josh a third place
finish in the driver point chase.
A big disappointment for the Weller/Palladino Team came at the September 4
Georgetown Speedway event. While leading, the nose wing mount broke on the #99,
slowing the car dramatically with the possible feature win going right out the
window. Weller certainly wanted to give the Palladino's that big win in the
first state.
At present, with the Palladino Team announcing that they will park their car for
most of the season, Weller is now ride or sponsor hunting to get the family
owned #63 back on the track and in contention to chase down that coveted 2012
Rislone URC Sprint Series Championship.
For Josh Weller 2011 also marked the birth of their first child, a daughter
Aubrey. In review of his favorite tracks, Weller commented. "Grandview is my
type of track especially when the track slicks off. I like small quick race
tracks that seem to take a little more self control to do well. We have always
seemed to shine on slick more technical tracks, but Grandview has always been
one of my favorites". Weller added, "Grandview is also my home track and I have
lots of friends, fans and family at the track. I have also run more races there
then I have at other tracks, running the Thunder races with the WOO, USAC and
other non-sanctioned 410 races."
Weller is without a doubt, one of URC's top contenders always clean on the track
and professional with his pit side conduct and always displays great fan appeal.
JC Motorsports and Chris Weiss of East Texas, PA announced today that they do
plan on running the entire 2012 Rislone URC Sprint Series.
Weiss is pleased to announce that TnT Scrap Metal of Brooklyn, NY, Cargo
Trailers in Lansdale and Trio Provisions & Smokehaus in East Texas, PA will be
their sponsor for 2012. Engines and machine work is being done by Bob Silfies of
Silfies Race Engines in Easton, PA Paint and vinyl is provided by Bruce Bowen of
Bowen Signs and Lettering. Associate sponsors include Simpson, CFI Fiberglass in
Hanover, PA, RAACE, Hoffman Speed Supplies in New Tripoli, PA, Ultra Shield Race
Products and GME Steerings in New Ringgold's, PA.
URC will kick off their 2012 Rislone URC Sprint Series at the Delaware
International Speedway on Saturday night, April 28.

NEWS FROM JR BERRY RACING
Jan. 30, 2012
BERRY RACING PREP FOR RISLONE URC SPRINT SERIES OPENER SATURDAY, APRIL 28
Ned & Mary Jean Berry have announced that JR Berry will be their driver for the
Rislone URC sprint series of 2012.
JR Berry will drive the car as Tim Higgins takes a break after his heart attack
that took place at the Delaware International Speedway last season. Hopefully,
Tim will be well enough to get back in the car in the year 2013. JR started his
racing career at the Linda's Speedway running 4 cylinders in 1993 where he
claimed 18 Feature Wins. Then with the help of his father, he purchased his
first sprint car and with a motor sponsored by Duval & Sherry Dressler, he began
his sprint car racing career in the year 2000. This is the year where he claimed
the Rising Star Award, finished in the top ten in points, and earned respect
from his fellow competitors.
Since 2004, JR has been running his 410 when possible and always makes the full
USAC Swing. He will continue to run his own car on the off weeks that the
Rislone URC Sprint Series is not running and take part in some double duty
nights along the season. JR Berry will be at the Rislone Sprint Series opener on
Saturday night, April 28.
Ned and Mary Jean are hoping to have a successful season with JR planning to run
the entire Rislone URC Sprint Series. The last time JR and his dad had teamed
up, was the 2001 and 2002 season with the KARS Sprint Series and they greatly
enjoyed their success.
The Berry Team will be starting the season out with the car they put together
from the last show of 2011. Berry Racing also have another complete car as
backup with an extra chassis. Currently, Ricki Kehl of Kehl's Auto Service is
freshening the motor with machine work being done by Squeak Automotive Machine.
Also returning to Berry Racing will be Shompers Super Lube out of Williamstown,
PA., Higgins Automotive out of Reading, PA., Fleetwood Auto Parts out of
Fleetwood, PA., Fleetwood Beverage out of Fleetwood, PA., and Paint by Cody and
Angel Kerschner and family.
JR has five crew members to help out this year. The team includes Clyde Myers,
Jason Dierolf, Gene DeLancei, Brian (Duce) Powelson, Tom Gray, and the Berry
Team greatly appreciates their commitment for 2012.
The Berry's are busy planning their 2nd Annual Racing Fundraiser Party to take
place on Saturday, February 11 at 6 PM. The location will be the Oley
Fairgrounds Center, Oley, PA. Food, Beer and door prizes are included for a
donation of $25. Tickets are available by calling 610-334-9571 or 484-343-1206.

URC Sprint feature winner is looking to win features this year and hopes to be
in a position to contend for the URC season long championship.
The Rislone URC Sprint Series will open at the Delaware International Speedway
on Saturday night, April 28 Special events are quickly filling the schedule and
include the $3,500 to win Jack Gunn Memorial to take place at the Selinsgrove
Speedway on Saturday, May 12 and the Rislone Nationals paying $5,000 to win at
the Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, August 3rd. Pioneer Pole Buildings

very attractive tire pricing. An American Racer right rear will sell for $159,
the left rear for $155 and fronts may be purchased for $138, unheard of pricing

Jan. 26, 2012
The feature winner will receive their free drum of Viper Fuel when arranging their next purchase of fuel. "We gained a lot of exposure working with URC in the past and look forward to another great season", said Messick.
URC will open their 2012 Rislone Sprint Series at the Delaware International Speedway on Saturday, April 28. The Potomac (MD) and Winchester (VA) Speedway's are new stops on the schedule for URC in the coming season. Last year marked the return to the Port Royal Speedway for URC, unfortunately bad weather forced the cancellation of that event, Port Royal is back on URC's schedule for 2012 on Saturday night, August 25.
Special events already on the schedule include the $3,500 to win Jack Gunn Memorial to take place at the Selinsgrove Speedway on Saturday, May 12 and the Rislone Nationals paying $5,000 to win at the Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, August 3rd. Pioneer Pole Buildings is also returning as a sponsor of the season finale at Grandview on Saturday night, October 13 offering $3,000 to the winner of the 25 lap feature event.
At this time, URC is not looking to add more dates to the 2012 schedule, but we are working at increasing the payoff at two of the existing events. Feedback over the past weekend was positive that our schedule is offering the right number of events for our competitors based on the economy and expected travel expenses in the new season. The obvious decline in race dates is due to less shows at the Delaware International Speedway and the missing dates from Georgetown and Rolling Wheels.
All regular URC sprint features pay $2,000 to the winner with several higher paying events throughout the season. In 2011, URC paid out during the season $15,000 through the Rislone Loyalty Program, rewarding car owners for their weekly support and loyalty. Similar programs are being arranged for the coming season and will be announced over the next few weeks.
Another incentive offered to URC competitors in the coming season is the tire pricing. Thanks to American Racer and support from Rislone, URC competitors will be paying an all time lowest cost for their tires. An American Racer right rear will sell for $159, the left rear for $155 and fronts may be purchased for $138, unheard of pricing for sprint car tires today. Adjusting the tire pricing with some of the Rislone URC point fund money will help all our competitors throughout the entire Rislone URC Sprint Series.
For the race fans, URC will spice up the program by using the Delaware Start for all original starts and restarts up to, two laps to go. The Delaware State will feature the pole car all alone on the front row with the rest of the field double file. This is expected to provide more passing and offer drivers who start deep in the pack, an opportunity to be in contention for the lead in the late stages of the race.

ROBBIE STILLWAGGON PUTS AN EYE ON "WINNING" WITH URC IN 2012
Youthful and always exciting Robbie Stillwaggon may have had the drive of his
career in the 2011 Rislone URC Sprint Series season finale at the Grandview
Speedway.
In the late stages of the twenty-five lap feature on the Pennsylvania short
track "bull ring", Stillwaggon was on a charge. Front row starters Ed Aikin and
Dave Ely were in an exciting dual for the lead through most of the race as the
Burlington, NJ driver was clawing his way to the front. With just five laps
remaining, the twenty-three year old Stillwaggon had caught the leaders. After
passing Dave Ely for second, Stillwaggon began to reel in race leader Ed Aikin,
but ran short of time. Never-the-less, it was one of the most exciting
performances by Stillwaggon, as he delivered a near perfect ride to finished
second.
Without a doubt, it was a great way to end the season for the Stillwaggon team
and the excitement and energy of that strong run will carry them through the off
season as they anticipate the Rislone URC Sprint Series season opener.
"Grandview was a great run for our team! It is a track that we usually struggle
at, so to pass cars and get to the front was a lot of fun. Unfortunately we came
up a little short which makes it tough, but we're confident we can carry that
momentum into the 2012 season.".
Robbie came to URC in 2006 and just one year later, he scored his first career
win, taking the victory at the Delaware International Speedway. His second win
came in 2009, parking the Fred Kennedy owned sprint car in the historic Williams
Grove victory lane, a track every sprint car driver wants to one at. Since 2009,
Stillwaggon has been shut out of a victory, but just like that last race of the
season at Grandview, he has come close on several occasions.
Like any Rislone URC Sprint Series competitor, Robbie wants to wins races and at
the same time, keep their eye on the goal of the URC Championship title. "To win
the URC title, you need to have consistently good runs and have little to no
DNF's," stated Stillwaggon who is 2012, has set a goal to win features. "We need
to win 2012. We finished second quite a few times in 2011, but just couldn't
pull off the win so that's the ultimate goal this year. We're going to take the
season race by race and hopefully get to victory lane." Stillwaggon added, "Like
in 2011, solid finishes will also keep us in point chase as well for the coming
year."
Stillwaggon drives the sprint car that is owned by Fred Kennedy, and family
plays a big part in this team at every race. Bob and Melanie Stillwaggon,
Robbie's parents never miss a race and play a key part in preparation, set-up
and confidence building, with every race and at every track. The crew is made up
of Ryan, Mikey, John, Wawa, Ole Guy and Johnny G and if you stand back and watch
them in action, you would think they all have a financial interest in the team,
they just work that hard. The Kennedy owned sprinter sports a J&J Chassis that
is powered by a WesMar power plant.
2012 is just around the corner and the Stillwaggon team is ready. When asked
what track is his favorite, Robbie was quick to reply, "Any track that's fast".
The 2012 Rislone URC Sprint Series schedule will be released next weekend. Dates
are already confirmed at Delaware International, New Egypt, Grandview, Lincoln,
Williams Grove, Selinsgrove, Port Royal, Big Diamond, Potomac, Winchester, VA
and the Black Rock Speedway. Approximately four additional race dates are being
discussed at this time. Visit the URC website for the latest news at:

RISLONE URC SPRINT SERIES
RANDY WEST LOOKS TO EARN FRED KENNEDY A LONG OVER DUE URC OWNER CHAMPIONSHIP
TITLE
Forty-three year old Randy West of Boyertown, PA has been around the block more
then a few times. He understands racing as its' been a big part of his life, day
after day.
West enjoyed success in the sports at various levels and coming off the 2011
Rislone URC Sprint Series, it was certainly one of his best seasons. Driving for
respected car owner Fred Kennedy, this is a rather dynamic team and watching
them interact, along with their team, you sense a feeling of calm, serious and,
the competitive drive to win. What's more remarkable is, when the night doesn't
unfold quite the way they planned, the team laughs and still has a good time,
shaking it off with a plan to. . ."we'll get'em next week". "Fred and I only go
to the races to have fun. If you spend that kind of time and that much money, at
the end of most nights, you better have a smile on your face", added West.
Fred Kennedy, a successful former stock car and sprint driver himself, does a
lot for the sport. His sponsorship contributions to various race teams, support
of different divisions and URC is noticeable. Beyond the financial piece, Fred
Kennedy often provides the voice of reason to work though what could be possible
challenging situations. Fred knows what it takes to be in all the various roles
from driver, owner, crew member and even a race official. He has done it all and
brings that knowledge and experience to every discussion.
In 2012, Randy West would like nothing more then to bring home the URC Owner
Championship for Fred Kennedy.
"Our season last year went real well and seemed to slip a little at the end,
when we started using a different car", said West. "We just could not find the
right set-up in that car to make me comfortable". In the course of the 2011
Rislone Sprint Series, Randy West was a two time feature winner, taking
victories at the Georgetown Speedway on July 1 and the Delaware International on
July 30. West closed out the year with a fourth place finish in the overall
Rislone Championship Series point chase, a career high accomplishment. West and
Kennedy also won the Taylor & Messick Delaware State Sprint Series, a mini-point
series within the season long Rislone title run.
Randy and Fred appreciate their crew, without them, racing at this level would
just not be possible. The crew includes Randy Wilbert, John Griffiths, Alonzo
Morales, Jenn West and Randy's biggest fan, his son Cody West. The list of
sponsors includes Fred's Trailer Parts, Mini-Crete, Delran Auto Body, West
Fabrication, Simpson, Rod End Supply, Winters, The Brake Man, Robinson Racing
Products and Keizer Wheels. For 2012, the West/Kennedy Team has an arsenal of
three 360 motors now being freshened by Yardley Racing Engine, Speed Equipment,
and Ayers Racing Engines. The motors will get dropped into two J&J chassis and
they'll be set for the coming year.
Why is it so hard for a driver to score multiple wins in URC? "The competition
in URC is second to none. Even though car count is down from previous years, the
good cars are still racing weekly. Drivers with multiple wins, are usually
racing weekly at the same track, we really don't race at any one track enough
times for someone to be dominant. You also have to look at percentages, the
drivers that are winning a lot are also racing a lot more then most of the URC
drivers. What I would like to see is a 360/358 Challenge race at Delaware
International and I'm sure the outcome would be that the URC drivers would
dominate", stated West.
"I think it would be great if the #56 or the #89 sprint car could give Fred
Kennedy his first, long overdue URC Owner Championship. He has been a great car
owner, sponsor, and supporter of URC for many non-stop years". West continued to
say, "When I first ran URC in 2003, I viewed Fred's car as one that I wanted to
drive before I quit driving, and I find it an honor to now be in my fourth year
of driving for Fred, it can't get much better then this".
The 2012 URC opener is set for the Delaware International Speedway on Saturday,
April 14.

RISLONE URC SPRINT SERIES, WE DON'T MAKE WINNING EASY!
DOVER, PA SPRINT DRIVER CHAD TROUT ANNOUNCES PLANS TO COMPETE WITH URC IN 2012
At age 32, Dover, PA sprint car driver Chad Trout announced today his plans to
compete on the 2012 Rislone URC Sprint Series.
Trout owns fourteen 358 sprint car victories in his career, collecting wins at
tracks like Lincoln, Port Royal and Williams Grove. He competed weekly at what
could very well be the toughest sprint car tracks in the county and now he's
taking on the Rislone URC Series. All three tracks have race dates booked for
2012 with the United Racing Company, so Trout will be very comfortable when he
rolls in to these three tracks. When asked why he plans to run URC, Trout
responded, " I think URC give a fair payout and does more to help the racers
then any other organization".
Trout is the owner of his sprint car that will carry the number 7C. Sponsorship
support for Trout Racing includes Jiffy Lube of Mechanicsburg and Carlisle, PA,
Marlowe's Metal Fabricating, Travis Racing Engines and Lee Components. Trout's
favorite track is, "Anyone that I can win at", a fairly typical answer from any
sprint car driver.
The United Racing Company is proud to have Chad Trout join their roster for the
coming season. There is no doubt that URC has turned up the heat on competition
over the past few years. With higher purses through special events, bonus money
and an attractive point fund payout, URC is catching the eye of drivers and
owners looking for an attractive payout and an alternative to the 410 sprints.
You have to race hard and beat the best if you're looking for that big payday.
Competition remains tough in URC and that is demonstrated by URC having numerous
winners and very few drivers that could win more then three races last season.
In 2011, twenty-two Rislone URC events took place and delivered fourteen
different winners. Five drivers scored double victories including Ed Aikin, Curt
Michael, Daryn Pittman, Randy West and Dave Ely. JJ Grasso was the only driver
to score four wins in 2011. URC had four drivers who scored their first career
win on the Rislone URC Sprint tour and the list includes Daryn Pittman, Shane
Stewart, Davie Franek and Canadian sprint car driver Steve Poirier.
Three rookie drivers have already registered to chase the URC Rookie of the Year
Title including Dan Mazy of Alburtis, PA, Steve Downs of Georgetown, DE and
Chris Glenden of Delmar, DE.
Expected top contenders planning to run the Rislone URC Series in 2012 include
Ed Aikin, Josh Weller, Robbie Stillwaggon, Randy West, Kramer Williamson,
Jonathan Swanson, Joey Biasi, 2011 URC Rookie of the Year Troy Betts, Art Liedl,
Tim Hogue and Andy Best.
URC is a tough place to race and we have no plans to change that, in fact, "
Where URC is concerned, We don't make winning easy" !
URC will soon announce their 2012 Rislone URC Sprint Series schedule for 2012.

Plugs “Search For A Champion” competition. Beginning on Monday, January 2nd,
fans can vote for the posted video they feel best defines a champion, an honor
Jonathan hopes fans bestow to him.
Jonathan’s video is a clip of his interview following his first Rislone URC
sprint car win at Big Diamond in 2010. In it he talks about the difficult week
he had prior to the win and all the hard work it took his one-man crew to get
him to Victory Lane. The message Jonathan hopes fans hear, is that a champion
never gives up no matter how many obstacles and challenges stand in their way.
In his written introduction to his video, Jonathan also wants fans and Champion
Spark Plugs to know that a champion isn’t just made on the track. Champions not
only race their way to a championship, but also earn it by connecting with fan,
participating in autograph sessions, and promoting their sponsor and series or
track.
The fan vote of the competition accounts for one third of the overall score in
the contest which awards one winner in each category $10,000 in sponsorship
money and an overall winner $50,000 in sponsorship money. Fans can vote once a
day until February 5th after registering at
www.alwaysachampion.com. Not
only are participants able to help Jonathan win much appreciated sponsorship
money, they also register to win prizes for themselves from Champion as their
way to give back not only to the drivers but also the fans who support them.
Don’t forget to vote for Jonathan’s video once a day from January 2nd to
February 5th at
